Ground Floor

Hallway: a wonderful entrance to the property into a stunning large reception hallway with an open fireplace

Lounge: the property benefits from a double lounge separated by an archway, both lounges have open fireplaces and plenty of seating on beautiful sofas and chairs. The terrace doors open up onto a covered veranda with table and chairs. The back lounge has a TV with Freeview which is hidden in the cupboard and raised by a mechanical lift

Dining room: a stunning room with a large dining table that can seat 24 guests comfortably for dinner and an open fireplace, the doors into the kitchen can be closed or opened. For larger dinner parties the dining table can be extended up to 30 guests when hiring the New Forest Estate

Kitchen: a fully-equipped new kitchen with hand-painted units and a stunning worktop. The kitchen has two Miele ovens and warming draws, induction hob, two large fridges, wine cooler, dishwasher and a hot tap for teas/coffees. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for 3 guests

Ante kitchen: just off the kitchen is an ante kitchen ideal for food preparation for caterers. Included in this kitchen is a dishwasher, additional sink, microwave, oven, warming draw, fridge, small freezer and a small table with seating for 6 guests

Study/utility room: room with desk and large screen which can be used for business conferences in other rooms. Neatly hidden away in wall units is a washing machine and dryer

Cloakroom: downstairs cloakroom with W.C.

Grounds

New Forest House is accessed through private electric gates and along a gravelled driveway with parking for up to 12 cars.

The terrace has seating for 24 guests and a BBQ for al fresco dining and a firepit for those colder nights. The house has a walking path which leads right into the New Forest.

Guests can keep themselves entertained with outside games including table tennis, badminton, volleyball, large Jenga, Connect 4 and crouquet!

First Floor

Master bedroom: a large double/twin bedroom with a super king size bed and wonderful views, the large en-suite has a bath and separate shower

Bedroom 2: double/twin bedroom with a super king size bed, the en-suite has a shower over a bath

Bedroom 3: double/twin bedroom with a super king size bed, the en-suite has a shower over a bath

Bedroom 4: double/twin bedroom with a super king size bed, the en-suite has a walk-in shower

Cloakroom: with W.C.

Second Floor

Bedroom 5: double/twin bedroom with a super king size bed, the en-suite which is up a few steps from the bedroom has a bath with a hand held shower (restricted height in the bathroom)

Bedroom 6: double/twin bedroom with a super king size bed, the en-suite which is down the hallway from the bedroom has a corner shower and a separate bath

Bedroom 7: double/twin bedroom with a super king size bed, the en-suite has a walk-in shower
