Cotswold Manor seamlessly blends contemporary style and amenities with the timeless charm of the Cotswolds. This exquisitely renovated manor house offers accommodation for up to ten adults and two children, with five elegant double bedrooms and a cozy snug bedroom featuring built-in single beds. The majority of the bedrooms are adorned with luxurious en-suite bathrooms. Three of these inviting bedrooms are situated on the first floor, while the remaining two are nestled on the enchanting second (attic) floor.

Ground Floor

Dining hall: a grand mahogany dining table, accommodating a party of twelve, resides beneath a captivating chandelier, surrounded by oak wood beams, arched stone windows, and inviting exposed stone walls.

Drawing room: experience the serene and grand ambiance of a tranquil haven adorned with two opulent velvet George Smith sofas, complemented by two exquisitely upholstered reading chairs and a tasteful coffee table. Enhanced by the presence of majestic oak wood beams and elegant arched stone windows, the focal point of this captivating space is undoubtedly the breathtaking Cotswold stone open fireplace.

Lounge: this inviting and cosy room has been meticulously adorned with a luxurious velvet George Smith sofa, two spacious leather armchairs, a tastefully designed coffee table, and an inviting inglenook fireplace featuring a warm wood burner. Additionally, a convenient spiral staircase directly leads to bedroom three.

Snug room: a serene retreat beckons, adorned with sumptuous sofas, a sleek plasma television, an array of Sky TV channels (including Movies and Sport), an immersive surround sound system featuring Spotify, a DVD player, and an extensive collection of diverse DVDs for your enjoyment.

Banqueting/games room: this awe-inspiring room boasts a majestic arched ceiling adorned with gracefully curved oak beams, embellished tastefully with vibrant medieval flags. The expansive dining table effortlessly accommodates 16 to 20 guests, ingeniously transforming into a fully-fledged snooker/billiards table.

Kitchen: the fully equipped modern kitchen boasts a range of features to ensure a successful dining experience. It includes elegant granite counter-tops, a spacious oven, a convenient warming oven, a versatile five-burner gas hob, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, and a cosy kitchen table.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: the lavish master bedroom boasts a majestic super king-sized bed, offering the versatility to be transformed into twin beds. Adorned with polished timber floors, elegant arched stone windows, and graceful oak beams, the room exudes timeless charm. Completing the opulent experience, an en-suite bathroom awaits, featuring a luxurious bath and a convenient W.C.

Bedroom 2: a grand, opulent four-poster bed, accompanied by an elegant chaise longue, stands beneath the sturdy oak beams. Second (Attic) Floor

Bedroom 4: in the cosy eaves, nestled amidst exposed stone walls and sturdy oak beams, lies a magnificent super king-sized bed that can effortlessly transform into a twin, though please be mindful of the limited head space.

Bedroom 5: a luxuriously grand and versatile super king-sized bed, easily transformed into a twin, nestled within the charming eaves of the room, adorned with enchanting exposed stone walls and elegant oak beams. Despite its generous dimensions, the room offers a cosy ambience with limited head space.

Snug Bedroom: 2 charming built-in single beds, ideal for young ones, gracefully adjoin the entrance to bedroom 5.

Bathroom: this shared bathroom, nestled between bedrooms four, five, and the snug bedroom, features a luxurious walk-in shower, a relaxing bathtub, a sleek washbasin, and a convenient W.C.

Please note due to the steep staircase installed to reach this floor, these guest rooms are not suitable for less agile guests or the elderly.
